We offer a Contingency-based model for permanent direct hire that is guaranteed to be risk-free. Employers pay nothing until our candidate is successfully hired.

Q?How does interim staffing work?
A.

Temporary contract or contract-to-hire staffing, i.e, interim staffing, is available to help employers drive and achieve business outcomes including audits and special projects. Similar to our permanent placements, there is no upfront fee to surface the right candidate(s). We simply charge a fixed, competitive hourly rate paid per the contractual terms.

Q?What is the scope of your Executive Search service?

Our Executive Search service is all inclusive and begins with identifying and vetting qualified candidates. We prepare and submit candidate briefings to the hiring manager, verify vital information specifically degree verification, licensing and certification verification and references of the chosen candidate. We assist with both candidate and client preparation and debriefing for interviews and present the offer to the chosen candidate as well as present negotiations between client and candidate. Additionally we offer resignation and counter offer consulting services to candidates.
